No name tags on employee at Service Center who was "spoke down to me". Was not called when vehicle was ready to be colllected. I had to follow up with a call. Vehicle was returned unwashed.
Aidan was incredible. Go to him. Didn’t talk to me like I was an idiot for being female. Best salesman I’ve dealt with ever. Not at all pushy. Dealership was great. Recommend.

Brought my Pickip in to Jenner to have new winter tires put on. Sounds straight forward. Right? Got checked in at 09:36. Told the book-in service attendant, I would wait. Thinking, half hour to an hour... At the two hour point I went to speak with the Service department to see what was taking so long. Nobody was available. I strolled around the Service/Parts section hoping to see a Service attendant...Hopefully the one that checked me in. While in this area. I note two Service people rolling four winter tires into the garage area. I hoped at least they would be my tires and I would soon be on my way. While the door was briefly open, I noted my pickup was on a hoist and the hood was up. Strange I thot, why would the hood be up. I had not booked anything other than winter tires install. I again went to the Service booking garage to ask why the hood was up on my pickup. A lady was there and busy with a bookin.
Once finished I asked her about why the hood would be up when I only wanted my new tires installed. She told me to speak to my bookin agent. She asked who it was and when I said, she said oh, he's on lunch, you'll have to wait for his return. I mentioned that I would like someone to intervene with whatever other than a new tire install, was being done to my pickup. She again said I would have to speak with my bookin agent. GRRRR. I was getting annoyed but contained my concern and went to the waiting area for the bookin agent to contact me. At the three hour point, I again went to search out the bookin agent. Found him and asked what was taking so long. He said the garage technician thot my vehicle was in for a regular Service appointment and just now found out that the appointment was for winter tire install. I was dumbfounded. When I asked if the technician had done something I had not requested and would I have to pay for, I was told no he had not done any Serviceing and he is just now putting on the tires. Again. I was dumbfounded and asked how long more would I have to wait. He said 'oh, shouldn't take too long to put the tires on'. In 15 minutes the tire done, the bookin agent called and said the vehicle was ready. That was at 12:50 pm. Three hours plus to put on my winter tires...while I was waiting. Is this normal? Am I in the wrong for thinking this job should have taken far less time to do? Why did the garage technician not read the work order before assuming my vehicle was in for a regular service appointment and. Why is Jenner assuming I am going to give them a Five Star rating for my experience. My question is, 'Where does one go for Chevy Service when the two Chevy Dealers in town both have lack luster Customer Service?'
PS: although the billing form says the 'Promised job completion time would be 5pm', there was no discussion at check-in about the job completion time. I told the technician right away that I needed my pickup for errands today so, I'll wait for the tires to be put on. Perhaps I should have said. 'How long will the tire job take?'

I was very happy with the purchase of my new Equinox. Justin did a very good job. However, I would have appreciated him throwing in a set of all weather mats. This is my 1st electric vehicle ever and at $70,000 what's an extra $300.
