They definitely have customer satisfaction issues. Don't buy extended warranty either. It's not the dealership that covers it. It's a completely different company in the states. If you don't feel like you're being treated fairly your trapped as warranty is non refundable. When you have a valid complaint you'll get the canned " sorry your mad that we screwed up" phone call and it's over with in their heads. Do your self a favor and run, don't look back, just run. Once they have your money it's bend over and cough time. Deep breath now this is going to hurt a little. Do yourself a favor and just DON'T. Mark my words you WILL regret it. The response by management speaks volumes. My expectations are the same as any other person. My other reviews from places all over this planet are all like the way I see it. Most are really good. You have to be very bad to rate a one star. Your dealership is lacking and your response is proving my point. Instead of discussing the problem you state my expectations are too high, you then go on to state I hope somewhere in the world there is a dealership that can meet my expectations. You simply passed off the problem like it's no big deal, like this is my problem not yours. That's why you will never improve because you don't listen to your customer. I have written reviews from many different companies from many different countries and yours is only the second time I have given a one star. Thanks for proving me right. So a new low for a terrible business. Jenner has now refused to service a 2016 Corvette Z06. The reason is they can't garranty that they won't damage car. Have service manager on tape refusing service.This owner is a terrible representation of basic customer service. Avoid at all costs. They will get you in the wallet. If you read the negative reviews they're all the same. This owner will only help himself to your wallet. Definitely look at anything but a GM product. You will thank yourself in the end. Jenner cares about your wallet not you.

I was there for approximately 2 hrs getting new key fobs done. Everyone I came in contact with during that length of time either said good morning or hello. I must definitely say that it was a bit unusual because you don't always get that from a lot of businesses. KOODOS to you all 👍👍.
