They were very polite and explained the service required. Service person even remembered me when I came to pick up the car.

I had a great experience with the service team at Jenner Jenner Chevrolet Buick GMC. When my vehicle needed attention, they quickly provided me with the Roadside Assistance towing number and all the information I needed to get the truck there safely.

Throughout the process they kept me informed about the issue and the expected timeline, which I really appreciated. What really impressed me was getting an early morning call letting me know the vehicle was already ready for pickup — sooner than expected — and that all the costs were fully covered.
