I would like to take this opportunity to complement the service department. Matt is excellent with responding to emails promptly. He’s also very knowledgable with any software issues. My family has known Don forever in the parts department again very knowledgable with great customer service skills that seems to be very rare in this country. It’s also really nice to be able to talk to Fred the owner of the dealership with any concerns. I recommend supporting this local dealer that isn’t owned by some massive corporation that don’t really care about customers after a deal is done. Highly recommended.

Since the 2026 Sierra EV AT4 does not come with a spare i decided to ask the dealership to order one for me. It did take a little while for them to find a matching tire but they did, in Ontario! Not the dealership’s fault, more a supply chain issue given the fact that these EVs are so heavy and there aren’t enough tires that fits out there.
Once they found the tire they had it shipped and within a week and mounted and balance in no time. Very happy with the Jenner Team!
