Huge increase in service and communication in customer service. The new service writer we have had since last fall is spot on and polite, he is a great addition to the team.

We went to purchase a new denali 3500. They didnt have any and made zero effort to bring one in. So we purcased a new one from another dealer out of town. We then brought our truck to them for its first service. upon returning home (14km) the truck front end had not been greased as requested, nor had the oil even been changed it was jet black. we returned the next day they stated the tech had missed it so they said they would change the oil. oil was still not changed after second visit. service deparment made zero effort to rectify the situation. i would not trust these people to service vehicles ever again though they will charge you for it.

Thank you for this review and we apologize for the inconveniences.
It is odd about the 3500 HD Denali's as we do have them and had them incoming. It is possible that we couldn't get our hands on an exact one you were looking for. At any rate, you found what you were looking for and we missed out on that assistance.
As for the servicing, we will definitely take a look at our processes as this is not who we are are.
We will learn from this and be better.

I left my car at the service center and they wouldn't give me a replacement. They told me I'd have to rent one from National Car Rent, which I paid myself. This isn't acceptable behavior from a large company like Chevrolet. Furthermore, I've left my car there twice in three weeks; I hope they've found a permanent solution.
Response from the owner:Bulent, thank you for this message and we are sorry for the experience. We will look into the rental situation as we do have loaners here (when available) and National Rental across the street has vehicles as well.
Thanks again and we'll be better as we learn from this.
