Great service department.

Very helpful every step of the way

They left the engine oil cap off after an oil change. 2 wheel posts were broken after a tire rotation. They left the 12 inch mounting plate and 2 large bolts in engine compartment after a battery replacement.

Matt in service was very kind and helpful . The young lady at reception was also very helpful . Very pleased with the service .

Staff is helpful but fixing is costly,hopefully the jennet team can assist price wise

Just bought a beautiful new vehicle from this dealership. Sales rep Michael was awesome! He made an incredibly difficult decision very easy and quick and fun. With all the new technology and options to choose from, the choices were seemingly endless. After careful consideration and some further online research I bought the 2026 Buick Encore ST in blue during the employee discount event in August. It drives smooth like butter, the technology is surprisingly easy to learn and use. The team at this dealership were professional, fair and accommodating. I was first drawn to them because there was no sales pressure, the dealership was clean, quiet and peaceful. No harassment, pressure or pushing something on me that I didn’t really like or want. I recommend Jenner Chevrolet Buick if looking for a new vehicle. I am sure all the salespeople are good but I’d recommend Michael. Very patient with this Gen Xer who knows very little about cars. He was thorough, honest and a true delight to work with. I now own an incredible amazing car that my 26 year old son is so impressed with and loves to drive. The cameras alone and the back up camera features have blown him away. In addition, the look and the feel of the car is leaving him speechless. So you can’t get a better review than that. Thanks for helping my family the envy of all our friends and family!
