Five star goes to Heather in Service Department at Chevy on Island Highway. Her connection of client customer care and kindest demeanour was much appreciated. And this fur baby was given attention by staff, throughout the company and given lots of dog treats.

I may not have purchased my vehicle from Jenner Chevrolet, but Aidan McAllister who was my sales broker made what can be a painful experience, absolutely remarkable. He was attentive, transparent and listened. He didn't try to oversell but discussed issues relevant to my needs and wants as they related to the vehicle I was interested in. I would recommend Aidan without hesitation.

Not a terrible experience. Brought our vehicle for its included oil change and other maintenence. The appointment was supposed to take 2 to 3 hours but only ended up being 1.25 hour. No loaner vehicle option. When I pointed out when I pointed out some scratches on the windshield cause by the faulty from factory wiper, I was told that because I was at 21000 km I was over the 20000 km they couldn't help me also they don't do windshields. I was basically told a new windshield deductible is 200 so just do that....... Overall they were friendly and fast but seemingly quite dismissive.

We do have Loaner vehicles for situations like this, but they both could have been out with other customers. But, we could have communicated that better with you.

Absolutely amazing experience. My partner and I bought a car from Aidan and let me tell you the amazing treatment, experience, and care we received from him. Once again, Aidan was absolutely amazing—professional, caring, and genuinely focused on making the experience easy and stress-free. His honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel confident and valued as customers. So we happily purchased our second car from him.
