I had informed my civic has the emission system problem first time and you promised you fixed it. Weeks later it popped up again that I also informed you and let me drive back to check. I booked an appointment but I could not make it. This time I sent my civic to you for the same problem but you charged too much money and you did not fix it. What I cannot accept is that your staff Greg actually said I didn't tell him about the Emission system problem to him. I remember my wife took pics of the problems and showed to him when we sent the civic to your shop. I’m sure he put the problems on my file in your computer that because I booked an appointment for the problem after first fixing but I did not make it. I am so disappointed that your staff and your services.

My last service experience was extremely inconvenient of which is to Long to explain by Message. At this time after being a faithful customer, might be time to move on.
