I took my 2014 chevy silverado in for it's first oil change last week. The whole experience, from start to finish was fantastic. When I arrived, the sales person ( Austin) that sold me the truck, came and greeted me. He asked how things were going with the truck and otherwise. Then I was asked if I needed to go anywhere while they worked on my truck. They had a shuttle driver ready to go and they took me to my destination. I walked back ( by choice) but they said that they would pick me up. My truck was ready ahead of schedule and the rest of the staff was friendly and accomidating. This experience was vastly different from my previous experience with ford. Thanks again for the great service !

Despite not actually purchasing a vehicle from here a deal came very close and wasn't able to complete due to no fault of the dealer.
I felt compelled to leave a review for the excellent work and positive experience from Crystal (Finance Manager) and Aiden (Sales).
Thank you to Jenner GM and I am sure we'll be working together sometime in the future!

Their Service department is excellent, very cordial and helpful to see to my need. They coordinated with Dave Wheaton Chevrolet Dealership Body shop in getting my damaged vehicle repaired by a Chevrolet dealership and that of an ICBC accredited shop. The Service department is to be commended for their work and professionalism.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! Extremely aggressive staff and one came out screaming and yelling at me and then assaulted me. I will immediately be pressing charges to show them THEY ARE NOT IN THE RIGHT!!! YOU ASSAULTED A CUSTOMER PHYSICALLY!!
Response from the owner:Unfortunately, you as well as the RCMP (who reviewed the Camera Film) know this is false and that is was you who verbally assaulted a female employee and then threatened a male employee with physical violence.
Neither of which we condone or will ever accept.
The RCMP are aware of you and your verbal and physical threats.
